Gone to the Beach!

I have officially take today off from work, giving me FOUR DAYS of much needed vacation time.  What do I plan on doing? Well let's see, there will be 

Cooking (of course)

Reading (cooking books, of course)

Watching movies (not about cooking)

Maybe getting ready for the launch of the new Cooking Channel

In the meantime... I will be back here on Tuesday, if I can bring myself to take off my PJ's of course.
